Here is my 6 months clean bulk!
i really had some fat in my belly and was not ripped at all...
now i see my pics and i want MORE !!
this is 6 months of hardcore, ball busting training and eating.
i also go to school and eat very well.
Tell me how i loook!! THANKS!!
Bench: 120LB
Squat: 180LB
Deadlift: 175LB
Cardio 20 min every day and also racquetball.

Dude you could deadlift more than 175. I deadlift 225 for my 1 rep max currently and you got more lean mass. Brb bulking for 7 more months and posting a thread then too.

lol, good job but i find it funny how weak you are compared to your physique.
I bench the same as you, and my squat and deadlift are a lot stronger... and i dont look like you. Maybe because im at 11% bodyfat and 5 foot 10 with a 135lb for a couple reps max bench... Yeah, thats probably why.Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) through ISSA
