do instant oatmeal packs man. It makes life easier.

put about a cup of water or whatever the directions say. heat it up for a min or so (based on box directions) and you're good to go brah.

edit: I used to hate oatmeal as well until I discovered the flavored packs.

Bread, potatos, fruit, basically anything you want that has carbs (if you're looking for a carb source).

OP maybe you should try oatmeal the way I make it,

    My favorite breakfast:

-Put 1/2 cup of oats in bowl (I use the Quaker quick 1 minute)
-pour desired water in oats for consistency you want
    -microwave for 1:20
-Put 3 tbsp of Smuckers sugar free Jelly (raspberry preserves) on oatmeal
    -handful of almonds
    -some blueberries
    -some strawberries

mix it all together and its full of great carbs, fats, nutrients to start the day

Here is my variation for oatmeal. I think it tastes awesome!

1/2 cup of whole grain rolled oats with 1/2 cup of water, heat in microwave for 2 minutes.

    Then add the following:

    1 tbsp of peanut butter
    1/4 cup of blueberries
1 serving of cool whip lite
    1 tsp of cinnamon

    Try oatmeal pancakes brah.

    You need:

    - 50 Grams of rolled oats
    - 2 eggwhites and 1 whole egg
    - 1 Scoop of whey (any flavor you like)
    - A handfull of chocolatechips

Mix everything in a bowl, put a bit of oil in the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes (on each side). Serve it with some maple syrup for foodpr0n.

I eat this for lunch everyday.

    Oats porridge:
100g of oats + peanut butter + water/milk + splenda -> heat that in the microwave
Then add protein powder and stir well.
    It's simple and really tasty.

Or oats + sludge (I took the idea from the "Sludge eating now" thread)
100g greek yogurt + walden farms chocolate syrup(SF/FF) + dash of cinnamon + protein powder + splenda
Stir it in a bowl and in another bowl put 100g of oats + water/milk and put it in the microwave.
Then add the oats to the sludge and mix well.
    Very tasty!

    ^This.

Strip off the all "you musts" that seem to occupy this lifestyle. There are very few musts outside of being consistent at working your butt off.

Eat what you want as long as it doesn't sabotage your goals.
