    What about breakfast in general?

Are you even hungry in the morning?

If not, it's a good time to save calories for a later meal of something you prefer. I personally can't stand OM in the morning, and too felt I had to eat it then because I thought all the fit folks did it.

But when I only have 150 cals to spare, a cooked 1/2 cup fills the stomach b 4 bed and actually taste better, weird.

On leg day when I like extra carbs I have a good ol' bagel and cream cheese. Good carb and fat source. Oh yeah, and sausages for proteinz.
