    Dark Yellow Pee after workouts

    Hey guys, hopefully you can help me out here.

    I haven't worked out in over 2 years, and have put on too much weight. I just started working out again, today was my 3rd day of work out, I am extremely sore to the point where putting food in my mouth is hard and so is walking up the stairs but I love it!!

    I have noticed since I have started working out, once I am finished and go pee, it is darker than it has been in the past.

    last week I started a very clean diet to prep my body for working out to make it a little easier, the only supplement I am taking is Protein and that is only 1 shake directly after workout. Is this normal to have darker urine? My only thought is maybe I'm not taking in enough water.

    now that you've put your body to work, it has more stuff to use and get rid of, so theres just more stuff to piss out. try drinking more water, diluted urine is a good sign of hydration

    Definitely lack of water, and if you're taking anything with high amounts of B vitamins that could be affecting it also. They're water soluble so your body excretes anything it doesn't absorb.
