Scott herman...overboard?

I know some of you have watched Scott herman on youtube. Is his routines nessesarry.Does he take it too far? especially on his Tricep Workout.

I dont know anything really,but gosh he's beasting them sets and reps and exercises ..

I'd be dead by the time i'd even get to my other muscle group to work it out

Personally I like his back workout, and I havnt tried any of the others yet. He's probably on some crazy preworkout though
