    Weight Gain Diet?

I'm 6'4 and only about 175lbs, im looking to get up to about 200lbs. I have my workout routine in check, and trying to get my diet in check as well. But of course, im wanting to do that in a healthy and clean way. Im new to the bodybuilding scene and looking for any advice. I've been doing research on my own as well but not being as knowledgable im not sure what exactly to look for so im looking for any advice that has knowledge, and expierence behind it. Looking to get a diet thats not complicated and that is straight forward, so if anyone has a diet they would like to share, or any advice you could give, please reply and it would be greatly appreciated.

The above article is a great read. Additionally, just consume enough calories that your gaining steadily every week or so, with minimal fat gain.

If you're having problems consuming a high level of calories, just make your own weight gainer shakes, example:

    - 1 cup of oatmeal
    - 1 scoop of whey
    - 2 tbsp on peanut butter
    - 1 cup of milk or water
    - ice

That's roughly 700 calories, adjust accordingly, per your diet plan - hope that helps!
