I weigh 170lbs with around 9-10%BF I want to shred back to 6%bf by the summer,
I've been binge eating around 2600-2800 calories on rest days that consist of
40-50g fat 300-325gcarbs and 200-250g protien
I've added sum BF since I've been on this
I'm using MFP so I changed up the macros to 50/40/10 protien, fat, carbs
2,000 calorie diet with weight training and around 2 hrs cardio per week
89g fat 50g carbs and 250g protien will I see better "fat loss"?

I was at 6%bf and felt great! I think I'm gettin sick and tired of carbs when ever I eat carbs it curbs my sweet tooth more makes me more hungry and makes me sleepy :-/ I want to try this diet for a good 2-4week period I see plenty of posts that people put up saying eat fat to burn fat so I wanted to give it a whirl with only 50g carbs and fill the rest with proteins and fats, maybe on heavy back and leg day reduce about 40g fats and up carbs to 100gs just to refeed. I've read stickys before but I've never went on this diet and hopefully it doesn't make things worst with fat gain than it already has with my carb intake.
Also would I be able to eat fats anytime of the day/night unlike carbs?

In the most polite way possible with what you seem to know about nutrition I doubt you were at 6 percent. To clarify, you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, just get your minimum fat and protein requirements then tailor the rest of the nutrient intake towards your goals.
Bench: 230. Squat:375. Deadlift:375. OHP:175 (Not Max). Pullup: +65. @165. 1/28/15

My nutrient info for me I'm lost with I countiune at 2,000-2500 cals a day and seem to gain the weight (fat) for sum odd reason.. A lot of body physic competitors limit carbs and throw high fat high protien always in my face when I ask about their diet.. I just don't want to get set back if it doesn't workout the way I expect it to..
