Will doing intense jump rope in the morning also burn muscle I eat some oatmeal and then wait about 1 hour and a half and then go do that for about 25-30 mins. Trying to lose weight and then later on during the day I would do some weight lifting. Need to know if what im doing is okay for losing fat and putting on some muscle.
