Bad to cut calories too much when cutting?

Can this be a problem...even if you are still getting at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh and at least .5 grams of fat for every pound? Just looking for some verification...I'm able to cut pretty easily (lose weight) and my diet consists of a mixture of grilled chicken, steak, cottage cheese, cereal, apples / grapes, and arnolds 2x protein bread with peanut butter each day.

Seems like your diet is fine... 500 - 1000 deficit per week is good, try this for 2 months.. if you don't like what you feel/see increase/decrease your cal intake.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Thanks for the input. I think as long as i get enough protein and fats a day I am fine. I am doing cardio too which helps. So far I've lost 7-8 pounds roughly in 3 weeks.
