3 scoops a day. only because my protein sources are limited. but nothing bad will happen if u consume too much (assuming u dont go over your caloric limit). its just powdered food

Depends. If I have no extra protein laying around then I use my emergency whey protein tubs to fill out my protein macro if I'm under. Usually I hit around 4-5 per month at 18g per scoop. Nothing too huge. My whey tastes like ****, so I hardly ever drink it. Whey is just a handy, cheap source for me.

Nothing "happens." It's food.
Your question is akin to asking "how many Pieces of bread do you eat a day? What happens if you eat too much?"
Granted bread is carbs, but you get the idea.
Personally I usually use 2-3 scoops a day, between meals and one near bedtime. I stay hungry, and instead of having to prepare meals all day long, I do that.
