    Juggernaut Pre-Workout Supplement Sponsored Review

    Juggernaut Final Review

For the last 21 days I logged a pre-workout supplement from Infinite Labs called Juggernaut. I didn't have too much experience with pre-workout supplements, so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Looking at the ingredients, this supplement seemed to cover all the bases.

First off on the daily value stats I was happy to see that Juggernaut was a low calorie supp.(45 calories per scoop/only 8 carbs) as the minimal calories work great for someone that may be on a cutting phase. I used 2 scoops for the most part except for when I first started (I wanted to acclimate a bit.)

Another nice surprise was the vitamin/mineral content. Vitamin C 500mg,Vitamin E200IU, Vitamin B12 375mcg, and it also contains Folic Acid, Chromium (Polynicotinate), and Potassium.

Upon the first day of using Juggernaut and honestly all the way through the 21 days, I had an outstanding surge of energy--not the jittery, nervous energy, but nice sustained almost euphoric energy. Believe me when I tell you, I had several days over the course of the 21 days where the last thing in the world I wanted to do was work out or run, and after taking Juggernaut I couldn't wait to get started.

Juggernaut contains 200mg of caffeine per serving, so if you are like me--a coffee, diet soda fanatic, you may want to cut back a bit on those drinks while using Juggernaut. I used some decaf coffee in the morning---I just couldn't go without my morning coffee.

On a personal performance level, strength and endurance was through the roof. Some of the highlights for me:

Sumo Deadlifts 02/23/11 263 pounds for 5 reps.
    03/15/11 303 pounds for 3 reps.

Pull ups 03/03/11 All time PR of 21 reps matched again on 03/09/11

Dips 03/11/11 Matched an all time PR of 40 Bodyweight dips!

    Dips 02/28/11 and 03/08/11 150#'s + bodyweight 1 rep.
    03/14/11 135#'s + bodyweight 4 reps.
    03/08/11 110#'s + bodywieght 7 reps
    02/25/11 140#'s + bodywieght 3 reps

Wall Pushups 02/25/11 15 reps PR.

    Chin-ups 03/14/11 55 #'s + bodyweight 5 reps PR!

My running, while not drastically improved time-wise was seemingly more efficient and my breathing while running was much better. I do have to say that if I would time my running workouts away from my lower body work, I believe I would have smashed my PR for the 2 mile run. I always did running either directly after a lower body workout, or the next day and even with the DOMS I still achieved pretty good times. It just never worked out that I could fit a run in my schedule while fresh.

On an aesthetic level, My bodyweight went from 143 -145. I think the change was some water retention and a little muscle, I never felt any bloat, no visible water retention, and kept just about the same vascularity, and definition with the increased performance.

In closing I would like to thank Infinite Labs, Brandon, Marty, Jordan, Joe Swat Black_Dread,and all the Infinite Lab Reps! You guys do an incredible job!

I would also like to thank jrmuscle, 400Lb Gorilla, Hosedaddy, thefugate, jshredder, righter, jshredder,erinlee01, MWheatley, chazzy1864, steph515, storm1507, rjcranium, maxrx, Tom70, BumpingBalt, Cheap5.0, cmugan, LightForce, Oscarizo, IronAvalanche, coolaidml, TLG Jimbo, CHOOSE, Jrahe42,Shredded-Wolf, kconnell, for the journal support, and all past, present and future JUGGERNAUTS

I would like to extend a special thanks to my logmate fish4thewin. This man works hard in the gym! It has been fun buddy!

I want to say I am a believer in this supplement and if you are looking for a pre-workout igniter, Juggernaut will bring out your best performances! Thanks!

I think after the initial getting used to the movement, you will be knocking them out! It is weird at first being upside down.

Hopefully I don't look like a fool in the gym almost falling on my face or something but I'm going to try them this weekend when I train shoulders.

Hey tvmango! I have been working out at home since last Feb. I usually average 6 months commercial gym/6 months home gym, but lately time has been a problem even more than usual. Having all the basics really helps. That dip/chin station I picked up at a commercial dealer and it wasn't too expensive. The power rack I have had forever.

I have been working out seriously since I was about 22-23. Thanks for checking the review out. Juggernaut is a great pre-workout supp. It helps with those days that motivation isn't quite there---something that seems to be a bit more often at this age.
