Got some samples of products Motivate and Perform, heres a review

They come in 4 capsule servings each, since it's a capsule, no issues with taste/mixability.

Effects: 8/10

I'm pretty sensitive to stim-based products, and the Motivate has some caffeine/dimeth

Definitely felt these during my workout, but left me more focussed and pumped than jittery (unlike some other supplements), gave lots of energy too.

After effects: 8/10

Didn't really feel any major crash, more tired than usual afterwards, but that might just be because of a harder workout.

Overall: 8/10

4 capsules per serving is a little much, and if you're sensitive to stims it Motivate might bother you a bit. These products give an excellent focus and lots of energy when used together.

The great thing about Motivate is that you can take a smaller dosage with ease, taking only 2-3 capsules depending on your tolerance. I personally take 2 capsules when I get to work and 2 capsules preworkout.

I use two capsules as my preferred dose. On a rough day, I'll take two more capsules about two to three hours after the first two.

Yes for me I only use 2 caps unless I am dead tired than I may use 4.

Later in the day if I want a pick me up but still be able to sleep I will pop just one.

Thank you for the review. Yeah I rarely take stimulates and 2 wakes me up. Like Mike says if I have to get up much early than what I am used to 3 or 4 does the trick.

One time I did five and felt like the energizer bunny

I usually dont take any because I am not a big stimulate guy, except when I am really dropping body fat or getting ready for a show and I still keep it lower dosed.
