Decline Bench for abs (need new exercises)...

    2 quick questions:

What is more effective for abs on a decline bench? many reps with low volume or low reps with high volume?

What are some good decline bench exercises? I've been doing just crunches/situps for the last 2 months looking to mix it up now, thanks in advance.

    for your troubles:

When you say "volume", I think you mean "intensity" -- I personally go for low reps, high intensity, but this is a highly controversial subject.

If you have a training partner try this, but only do it once a week (cause that's about all you'll be able to do):

Lay down, do your situp with hands behind your head and have your training partner standing where your legs are. When you reach the top have your buddy throw you down by pushing on your chest as hard as they can (or less depending on their/your size). Try to resist the push on the way down and do not let your head touch the back of the bench on the way down...stop just before...then go up again.

3 sets of 10 of these and your abs will scream the next day...and the next day, and so on
Question: "How to lose chin fat?"
Squat with the barbell gripped with your teeth.

i like doing declined sit ups with a 45 lb plate, about 12 reps for a few sets. if i had a heavier weight i'd go for the 8 rep range, but a 45 lb plate is the heaviest. guess i should start using those big dumbbells....*epiphany*

and that's for the upper abs.

for lower i do hanging knee raises followed directly by reverse crunches. then after a few sec of recovery i hold a plank for 60 seconds. i do all that 3 times for my ab day as i'm still trying to find a good routine.
