    Week until beach

    Of course not possible to do a week transformation, but are there any routines that tighten up all the work you've put in and let you drop a little extra bf/water weight?

    Cut the carbs and watch sodium intake then when you go carb load to get some fullness back in the muscle. You wont lose fat in a week sorry too late
