feeling weak, dizzy, lightheaded days 1-3 cutting. Increase calories?

Okay so I cut my calories to 2400 (from 3400-3500 initial bulking calories).

2400 calories and i'm feeling very dizzy, lightheaded, and generally weak.
Should I increase? by how much?

    Oh and diet
    Carbs throughout the day
    plenty of protein
    but very low fat
    Im guessing 40/40/10 (protein/carbs/fat)
-could my lack of fat intake be the cause?

I know this question has been asked before but I didn't think anyone could feel this way at 2400 calories. I'm only 5'6 143lbs too..

2400 calories at your size is probably close to maintenance for you... Probably should get more fats in your diet, but I really don't know much about macros.

    It's because you're missing that final 10%!

That's like 20-25 grams of fat per day? Yeah, get more. 40% of 2400 would mean 240 grams of protein & carbohydrates - you could lower both of those, to make more space for fat.

But, 2400 calories/day is a cut at 143 lbs.? If it is, it's such a very mild cut that I'm surprised you're feeling woozy. Maybe you're just a little ill from something else. Or your body needs a few days to adjust. Anyway, get more fat and wait a few more days and see how you feel. Also, track your macros, maybe you're grossly misestimating what you eat.

Like others said - more fat. A LOT more. I'd say 70 grams for you. No lower than 60.

And make sure you're sleeping enough, not too much cardio, good routine (list your routine by the way), good nutrition etc.

    alright will do.
My routine: 6 workout days a week. 45 min of pretty high intensity compounds.. and another 30-40 of isolations
Sometimes I bike to school. I will not anymore.
    I sleep enough.
Nutrition is good, besides the fat part.

I just ate some oreos (mm all that fat). I feel a lot better.

That is something else to think about right there ^^^

6 days lifting is too much, especially on a cut. Enhanced or just very advanced lifters can tolerate such volume, it isn't needed.

4 days is more like it bro. 1 hour per lifting session is all you should be doing, especially on a cut.

Agreed. 3-4 days lifting is enough when cutting.
Keep the intensity up and the volume low.
