    Haven't lifted in a year..

    I'm back, this last year has been hectic so I haven't been able to workout any. I've gained a few pounds in the past year and I think I have a good base to start with.

    Stats:
    5'8"
    143 lbs

    Last time I lifted
    5'7"
    120 lbs

    I'm using the bb.com app to make this post but my latest pictures are available in my bodyspace, they are black and white. The pictures are dated for today. I'm starting from scratch this time but have been a forum member since 2003.

    looks like ur a pretty lean individual to begin with, so once muscle memory kicks in, your old foundation will come thru nicely

    Yeah most important is to start slow, then you will get back your old level on the best way.

    Thanks and I hope so. I've lost a lot of definition and strength but I still have a similar build to what I did in 2007, just a lot bulkier.

    Supplements:
    Homebrew weight gainer (1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp of pb, 1 bannana, with milk)
    GNC Amplified Creatine 189
    Going to purchase some whey protein and possibly some NO, I just want whatever is the best bang for the buck.

    Supplements when I used to workout in 2007:
    BSN Cell-Mass
    BSN NO-Xplode
    BSN Nitrix
    Homebrew weight gainer
    Whey protein
