Ive been going to be the gym for about 5 months now and I do a chest work out which includes
Incline wide grip barbell press (recently, maybe 1 month)
Dumb bell Press
Incline dumb bell press
Wide push ups (recently about 2 weeks now)
Not a fan of flies, although I know there good.
The only exercise I feel in my chest is the pec decs.
I am pretty sure I have been doing everything else with proper form but I do not feel any thing in my chest after I do them. Usually just shoulders and arms get tired.
