cholesterol is only a problem if you don't have any. which won't happen because your body makes it.

    I love eggs !!!

I ate them as every meal.

Hardboiled, fried, scrambled. I was eating about a dozen eggs a week. Then when I broke out in my "mystery " skin rash. The doctor told me it was my supplements and then when I still had the rash I was eating eggs. Finally, he said it was me having to many eggs and I should limit myself to only 6 eggs a week.

Is it true to many eggs can cause a skin allergic reaction ?!
Anways, I am still eating eggs everyday and rash free.

This is kinda pointless the story above... But, when eating eggs I was much leaner and the weight dropped alot faster throughout the week. I don't think eggs do any harm on the body. They are natural, perfect ratio of fat and protein with little carbs.

People are going to do what they want to do...if someone wants to eat twinkies all day everyday then let them make that decision.
The scientific and practical amount of carbohydrate needed in the diet is ZERO -- NONE. Dietary carbohydrates are not a requirement in any body function. In fact it appears that the lower the carbohydrate level in the diet the better the long-term health. Age-related degenerative diseases are caused by high levels of carbohydrates in the diet. One can be on a very low or zero-carbohydrate diet indefinitely as has been shown by the study of many primitive societies.

The downside of eating just eggs for many days, is that you will get tired of it, and bored. Remember that we are not machines, we also eat for hedonic reasons. So i think that if you eat just eggs for many days you will get bored and depressed.

However you can do it if you want, because like you said eggs are great for keto low-carb diets. I eat 3 eggs for breakfast in morning, and 7 eggs at night (10 eggs a day = 700 calories as part of my diet. I get the other calories i need from whey protein powder, baked chicken, and a small serving of green vegetables)

No hate. It's been the basic stand point of the majority of the medical/nutrition field for years even in the face of any/all evidence to the contrary.

    I live on eggs

I eat 3 eggs in the morning, mixed with cheese, garlic and onion.

I eat 1 subway 5 dollar foot long split into 2 meals loaded with veggies.

I eat 3 eggs at night mixed with cheese, garlic and onion.

I had lost 65 lbs, starting at 275 lbs and plateaued at 210 getting seriously ill each time I tried to break through that weight, since switching to this diet plan I have dropped to 196. I find I am more energetic, think more clearly, and the eggs seem to keep my emotions in check (I'm kind of a scary dude). anyone participating in intense exercise needs cholesterol in their diet to maintain healthy arterial function. As for micro-nutrients you need to be eating whole veggies, uncooked, as various enzymes found in those veggies actually increase the uptake of nutrients, so any singular food source isn't good. and if you take your vitamins with a bowl of cereal your wasting your vitamins because you need fresh live vegetation to maximize your digestive systems ability to absorb those nutrients.

PS. Your cell membranes are mostly cholesterol, I'm Sexy and I know it.

So far eggs and bacon today.

    4 eggs 1 pack of bacon= 870 Cal 60.5 fat 73 protien 4 carbs.
But I am gonna do ceaser salad for the rest.

Yes you can do an all egg diet no problem. I don't know why, you that lazy to count calories of other foods. I have to admit it is tempting to say ok xx amount of eggs and thats it.

Cool I am doing the same thing, for one month

I am eating 13 eggs a day, one egg per hour, from 9am to and including 9pm for one month. I am going to take a serving of Metamucil at night to avoid constipation. A friend gave me a hot tip that if carb craving becomes unbearable, to drink some ACV which will help take the edge off. I am also taking my vitamins to avoid any deficiencies. I am prepping for the St Patty's Day 5k and a day or two before will switch to carb loading; primarily doing cardio training with a heavy emphasis on running this month obviously. After the 5k I will be switching back to the Body for Life nutrition plan and working on building muscle for the summer.

Yeah, definitely avoid an all eggs diet. Just off the top of my head, I know eggs inhibit iron absorption. That said, eggs are an awesome, nutritious food and I eat a ton but always diversify with everything in life.

for 4 years i did keto, with one cheat meal a month,

I was eating 20 eggs a day, with ofcourse alot more fat grams to stay in keto

never had any problems with cholesterol. I was also fasting 18hrs a day.
