    tricks to make abs look good before the beach?

    SO my question is if there is any way to make abs look better on the spot I have a 6 pak and I kno that theres no way to lose fat on the spot but im wandering if like you didnt eat breakfast or didnt drink any water or somethin than your abs will look more defined

    Crunches and reverse crunches.
    Dorian Yates swears by it. Only need to do them Once or twice a week.

    Apparently no one read OP. He's obviously not asking how to make his abs look defined in life. Just asking if there are any tips to do right before going to the beach to look shredded.

    I know a friend of mine used to bust out a ton of pushups before going to the beach to give his arms and chest a small pump. I'd imagine it works the same with abs.

    Carb loading. You go really low carb for like a week then carb up and you will get a very full, vascular look.

    Spend some time leaning down or if you really want to.

    Lose water weight, use a diuretic or drink huge amounts of water for a couple of days then stop, the next day your definition will improve.

    Get a tan, any sort of liquid on your body improves definition. Be constantly tensing. **** I dunno any more just lean down.

    In general just have a good diet and slowly lose weight and fat.
