It depends where you live and the source of your tap water.
Bottled water from most of the major brands is reverse osmosis so it's as pure as you can get with that said you still have to worry about chemical leeching from the ****ty cheap bottles they put it in. If you want the cleanest water you can get get your own RO system for your house and then put your water in BPA free containers.*PUREBLOOD CREW*

Tap water crew checking in.
Tap is waaaaaay better for you anyway, has minerals and fluoride. Additionally, tap water is regulated by the EPA whereas bottles water is regulated by the FDA. In case you were wondering, EPA guidelines are much more strict than the FDA.
Bottled water is one of the biggest con's of the century.Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult...

Live in Florida and honestly i taste no difference between tap water and botled water, Maybe the plumbing where i've lived all my life is just top notch."Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment."

In almost EVERY case, tap water is cleaner than bottled water. In most countries, the content of bottled water does not have to meet the high requirements tap water does.
Often tests show that, especially salt, calcium or magnesium content is to high. Bottled water is often stored in longer periods of time, hence bacteria growth is much more likely.
