try it for at least 2 weeks, 2x a day in the mirror, 2x10 for each arm doing the flye and the bench press like in the pictures (no weight) and guaranteed to start feeling it in your pecs when you flat press...wish i found this years ago

I change my routine up every month and i'm not really on a bulk

I literally eat whenever and whatever.

Some days I eat 6 meals a day, some days I have one meal a day. I also eat fast food.

2.) Josef also bicycled, and is at insanely low BF% and yes of course he looks good, him and Zyzz's physique's are main reason I am lifting as hard as I am.
