Does the period of closest approach by the moon coincide with being full? The Friday the 18th, correct?

I've seen sites that say the 19th, and others that say the 20th.

I think I'll try to be out both nights to try to get pictures; I usually miss out on astronomical events due to ambient light, though- I'm very close to O'Hare Airport.

I think it's good to articulate your goals and desires to the universe, too; but I'm not sure that means I need to tell them to the moon. Still, I may just do this tonight.

LOL I so rarely find myself in that state! (Of course, I have no idea where the hell I am when I'm drunk!) It's back to the old grind for me. Spring Break is all but over. It was a beautiful full moon this morning when I got up at 5:30.

I was thinking the same thing for myself. A lot of crap has happened over the last several months and some of it still going on...moon would get tired of listening.
