my bench has gone down 10lbs. halp

i was doing 220x5 and then after winter break it started to drop each weak (5, 4.5, 4, 3.5...), i then deloaded for a weak by cutting my bench 65-45% but that didnt help at all. I tried lowering the weight back to 215 but only managed exactly 4 reps

my weight is the same @ 142-4 and all my other lifts (including oh press) has gone up, im not sure how/why my bench went down 10lbs (assuming i can get 210x5)

i already plan on taking a complete break off bench over spring break (do you recommend not doing other lifts as well?)

if i dont get 220x4-5 after break, what do you suggest i do? i was planning on switching over to 5/3/1 (currently on madcow) and starting fresh from a deload back to 200-205

note: ive been on madcow for a very long time now so i feel like switching up routines, and if i have to deload around 20lbs i think its the perfect time to switch

edit: i also did 5x5 same weight of bench on mon, incline 3x8 on wed, and 8x3 on fri during winter break... so i feel it might be from overtraining since i havent taken time off since thanksgiving break

Sounds like you might seriously benefit from a week or two away from benching, even when you "cut down" on weight you only went down 5 lbs. Assuming your diet is squared away, it really sounds like overtraining, give yourself a bit of a break and you should come back stronger for it.
