    More width in tricep?

Was wondering what the best routine is for more tricep width, to increase the size of my arm in circumference, as it looks twice as big from the side as it does from the back, looks shameful..
Good genes and you don't train? Who you kiddin'?

Weighted dips & close grip bench press = massive tris. Aim at increasing the weight or reps weekly.

Anything other exercises are a bonus.

dips are always good for mass on your triceps , also id do some french press and always stick to free weights for adding mass , but i like to use the rope pull down to warm my elbows up close grip bench press is alsogood try these for 2 months and let me know how u get along but i do also agree with the person above food is the most anabolic thing you can take

No offense but skinny people tend to overcomplicate things by doing a dozen different isolations, focus on heavy benches, militarys, and weighted dips.

When people talk about weighted dips for tris, are they talking about dips with the parallel bars or bench dips?
