Gynecomastia, do I wait or get surgery?

So I am currently 18 years old and I have had what I believe to be gynecomastia (I can feel a small lump and I am a low body fat %) for about 2 years (rounding up) and I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this going away at my age. I did not experience it (as I remember) for any of my teen years until around 16-17 and I was wondering if there is still a chance it could go away or if I should look into other fixes. What are some of your opinions?

Also I know there are a ton of posts about gynecomastia and after doing a month of research on it and reading every article I wanted to post one post about my case and see what kind of answer I get because most of the things I read talk about steroid users (which I am not) and others who got it at a much younger age than I did.

Thank you for taking your time to read this.
