I've tried a couple different joint repair products. Some helped a little, some didn't do anything for me. About 4 months ago I tried AAEFX Kre Celazine. This stuff is amazing. After a week of taking it 90% of the pain in my shoulders was gone. With that alone, I was sold on this product. Cause I was able to lift the big weights again on chest and shoulder days. I was about ready to throw in the towel and see a doctor to see if maybe surgery was needed. 4 months later I don't have any pain in my shoulder at all. Give it a try it did wonders for me. Good luck.

I recommend seeing a doctor first. As far as supplements, Orange Triad + bulk cissus. No joint issues like I used to have since stacking these two products

90% healed after a week, when glucosamine, cissus, and MSM are all cumulative and usually don't present with benefits for a couple, if not a few weeks...

how has the pharmaceutical industry not caught wind of your glorious kre-ock of sh't?

Id go with bulk cissus and Epharm Joint Force. If you think its your rotator cuff it may be to deep for Joint Force to get to.

Regardless...if you have insurance go get it checked out, make sure there is nothing that can potentially be catastrophic. Better to be safe than sorry.

This. I took it when I had runners knee and seemed to help alot. Though now I have a torn acl, I don't think that will do anything.

it is wise to double check with your doctor or different dr. to see what is really going on - you may not even need a joint product. hope for a quick & healthy recovery

In regards to supplements alone I've experienced the best results with a combination of Bulk Cissus, MSM, and Fish Oil.

More importantly I would emphasize stretching pre and post workout thoroughly. I've been plagued with rotator cuff, knee, and wrist pains in the past and proper stretching has helped tremendously.

Goodluck with the recovery and as others have pointed out, always see a doctor if you're uncertain the root of the problem.
