Hey guys, I need a bit of help. I'm 17 year old male, I play american football and I want to gain muscle weight so I get bigger and better. I'm 171cm tall and i weight 65kg (I haven't been through the full puberty yet) I've been working in a gym for about 4 months now. I have been taking weight gainer for a month, and after that I had bought Ultimate Nutrition Whey Protein that I finished 2 days ago, now I've bought UN Weight gainer and I wonder if I should make a break before I start using it because of my health ( I dont want to have problems with liver and kidneys...)? I beg for your advice?
