Hello, I usually workout and then go home and take my protein. I heard that you need to take your protein 30-45 after your workout so you wont waste your workout. I was wondering if I ran after my workout, does that rule still apply or I should take the protein before I start running?

If you're a on top of your cardio than I recommend that you take it after the gym but before the run, but if you're not so up to date with your cardio training than it's probably better you take it after running. Also getting a high protein intake is vital so don't be afraid to have a shake after working out and if need be another after running.
