    ex: What is an exercise similar to back squats? Answer: front squats

    that's easy

    something like your question

    ex: I need to shoot and kill someone, but I can't use a gun... Answer: crossbow, or rocket launcher

    You can do chinups/pullups and try to change the angle of your body I suppose

    i just do chinups, different than rack chins, yes, but youll live. layne recommends tailoring the program to your situation.

    thx guys! i know pull ups , bent over rows r in but rack chins....i might sub lat pulldowns or chin ups for it. thx !
