Are you working with any coach, or are you doing this prep yourself. You dont have a bad starting point, how is your diet/excercise routine at the moment

Right now I am prepping myself... I lift 4 days a week 8 to 10 reps heavy mixing between drop sets and supersets focusing on body parts per day and isolations... I do 20 to 40 minutes of cardio a day 5 days a week and abs resistance and stability training 4 days of the week. Sunday is strictly rest recovery day... Diet I have been eatin clean since I started my training which is about a month ago and drinking nothing but water... I take whey protein and casein at night for protein and I am currently taking cellacore products I am currently 154 with 130 pounds of muscle based on my last bod pod test which was almost a month ago
