Is creatine worth taking if you can't drink a gallon of water a day?

So I've read on multiple sites that creatine is bad for you IF you don't drink enough water (1 gallon minimum). I've read that creatine takes water from your organs and that if you don't drink 1-1.5 gallons a day, it will hurt more than help. I've tried so hard, but I'm a really busy guy and just can't get in a gallon a day and honestly haven't seen much results from it anyway (taking 5g post-workout everyday). So am I better off without it since I can only drink half a gallon or so a day?

Any honest answers are greatly appreciated, thank you!

I would suggest just keeping water with you all day and taking a sip from it every couple of minutes. This will add up over the day. Most people do not need a full gallon of water a day. Just ensure you are staying hydrated, but monitoring how you feel and how often you are using the bathroom.

    You're fine.

You don't need to be taking down a gallon to gallon & a half each day.
Drink enough water so you have a couple (4-5) clear urinations on each day and you're good.

Drinking a gallon per day is not necessary at all. It's more important that you maintain proper hydration, no matter what that amount may be for you. Suffice it to say, if your piss looks like a glow stick daily, it's time to increase your water intake. Aim for a gallon, but don't assume that's the exact amount you need.
