I'm trying to figure out how I want to take my BCAA's. I know I had good results taking them before my workout so I will definitely be doing that. The real question is whether or not I should take it before, during, and after. Is that too much within a 2 hr time frame? If I were to choose two times, what would be better? Before and during or before and after?

I think the "fasted" part is the real key here. I'm bulking fairly hard and am at a significant daily caloric surplus, but I train 12-16 hours fasted; BCAAs (or intra EAAs) make a big difference in my session performance. Maybe it's just crazy to bulk with fasted training, but it's working well enough for now!
