    My Current Diet...

Hey guys I am 5'6 and weight about 140 and I would say I am about 15% body fat or maybe a little lower. I am looking to cut for the summer. My macros are protein(138g), fat(69g), Calories(2100), carbs (209g). So far my average day consists of...
6:15 am - 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of 2% milk, apple or bannana, 1 scoop of protein (28 grams)
10:00 am - 1 serving of raw organic almonds
12:15pm- Ham and turkey in bulky roll(4oz), a bananna or apple
2:30pm- tuna(1 can) melt (1 piece of american cheese) on whole wheat bread with 2 table spoons of low fat mayo (1g of fat per table spoon)
4pm(postworkout) - protein shake with pears, strawberrys, banannas, blueberrys, ect + 1 scoop of protien, and 1 cup of 2% milk (28 grams)
4:30pm (snack... salad with oil and vinagear and greens, grapes, or an apple)
5:15pm (snack... usually same thing or I might have some more nuts)
    6-dinner (whatever my mom makes)
    830(snack)
10(1/2 cup of cottage cheese with red peppers)

So that is my daily plan for now but if you can critique me that would be great, and is peanut butter ok to eat while cutting?
    thanks for the help guys

i would try to increase your protein intake a little bit, and try not to lose any weight....what i mean by this is get your protein intake to a point to where you are gaining plenty of muscle and losing fat at the same time and maybe gain lean muscle and overall weight in your cut..... this diet is very good, but your metabolism is kickin' like mine and if you dont lift heavy and get a load of protein in you probably wont go anywhere...and yes peanut butter is always fine just dont eat a whole jar haha its a good snack

This, but 4kgs in 1.5 months? Some of that has to be fat, but nevertheless, nice gains.
