They pay some of the best nutritionists and trainers to work with them 24/7. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them use cell tech too.

Because they are getting paid millions to quite literally eat-sleep-lift. And they have the best people in the business to help them do it.
Some probably use Cell-tech, but I think it's unfair to assume they all do when really they have the ideal conditions to do it naturally.

Like everyone else said. Personal trainers and personaL Chefs that tells them what to do or what to eat all the time. It doesn't take them the same effort that takes normal BBs. That tylor twilight guy transformed his physique in 4 freakin months
