I tried searching for this but since they are both common words the search function won't pick it up...what does the IF stand for in IF training?

I have experimenting with this type of training. intermittent fasting means that you eat in a 8 hour window then you are fasting 16 hours.
pre workout I took caloriefree white flood, gaba and bcaa. you are not feeling good when you are training without any food I can tell but you sure are stronger. studies have shown that after 16h fasting adrenalines releases in the body which make you stronger and faster. I think this go far back when you have to hunt when you dont have any food.
I went from 14% to 9% fat and gained 0.5kg muscles in 2 months with this technique.
but I wont do it again!
