No-Xpold, Nitrix, CellMass, questions
I am new to working out, friend gave mine (no longer works out now) a ton of no-xplod, Nitrix, and CellMass.
For the first 4-6 weeks I noticed a BIG difference with the NO-xplode, but now I have to take more just to get more of an effect. Do I need to cycle to something else. If so, any recommendations?
Nitrix - Been takin it, but what the hell is it for and what does it really do. Is it worth buying it
CellMass - Noticed difference after a few days, I like it but is their anything better
I also consume 3 12oz' of Muscle Milk a day

lay it on me, how can I improve with my supplements

Get your diet, gym routines and goals in check before talking supps that you know nothing about.
what's the MMilk for? that's a ****ton of fat, do you have any sort of diet down?
what's your goal?

If u are new to bodybuilding u shouldnt be using any supplements until u learn how to train properly and have a good diet. Also, u should never use a supplement before doing ur research first. For example, the nitrix u r taking doesnt help build muscle at all and it increases harmful free radicals that are dangerous in the long run.

no xplode is good for like 4-5 days for me, i dont feel nothin after that
i was takin 2-2 and a half scoops a shot, just didnt give me nothin
cellmass, didnt work too good for me
you shouldnt take these kinds of supplements if youre new to this
only take protein, usually a whey powder is good
and a good multivitamin
thats what i used to do, now i do creatine, thats about it
