I am new to working out, friend gave mine (no longer works out now) a ton of no-xplod, Nitrix, and CellMass.
For the first 4-6 weeks I noticed a BIG difference with the NO-xplode, but now I have to take more just to get more of an effect. Do I need to cycle to something else. If so, any recommendations?
Nitrix - Been takin it, but what the hell is it for and what does it really do. Is it worth buying it
CellMass - Noticed difference after a few days, I like it but is their anything better
I also consume 3 12oz' of Muscle Milk a day
