    Trying to lose my gut and get cut

    Im 6ft, ~184 lbs. I go to the gym about 3 times a week, those three days I only do weight training. My gut isn't SO bad, but it's there and I want it gone. Will weight training alone get rid of it or do I have to do cardio and actually watch what I eat?
