    Enough? Too much?

I was eating 3300cals at 50c/30p/20f and felt like it was not enough, and I would slowly lose weight and always be hungry, I am bumping up to 4000 calories and going to 40/40/20. My goal is to gain 1lb a week as lean as possible, I am 6'2 190. I lift for about an hour 6 days a week and have to do an hour sprinter workout 5 days a week. So I guess what I'm asking is does this amount of calories sound right for my goal? (tried to avoid meal1-meal2etc but will post if needed)

Do it for 2 weeks and see how it goes. Its the only way to be sure.

How fast were you losing weight at 3300? If you were losing 1 pound per week, this means you were 500 cals below maintenance.

Correct me if I'm wrong but i think 1,000 bump is a bit quick. I'd say take 2-3 days to work up to 4,000 cals so your body has some time to adjust. track your progress and re-evaluate after a few weeks.

Ya I'm going to try it for a week, weigh, another week, weigh and compare. Cheated hardcore yesterday due to hunger so will probably need this next week to balance out.
