Hmm that's a major toss up. It's probably between the original Halo, the original Call of Duty (PC), and Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings. If I had to guess, the order probably goes:
1. Call of Duty
2. Age of Empires II
3. Halo
It very well could be switched around. Call of Duty I played since release and still occasionally play. Halo I played a ton for a couple years, and Age of Empires II was pretty much my life for a year or two.

Counter Strike 1.6
First it started out with friendly pubbing. Then some turd introduced me to the world of IRC and scrimming. Then came the joining a team phase. Then the tournament phase. Then quitting. Then pubbing. Then pugging. Then finding a team again. Then tournamenting. Rinse and repeat boys... rinse and repeat.
This game was awesome though.. No regrets playing it the amount that i did as it didn't get in the way of my social life, or my academic life.
