    chin ups every day

    is it ok do a few sets of chin ups every day or should i do them only on my back day?

    Only on back day, maybe twice a week if you want to really focus on them, and are getting lots of calories and rest between workouts.

    i do them every day but not like super intense. i usually do them all thoughout the day. i will do like 2 sets her and 2 sets there and a few more seets every now and then. gotta love chin ups.

    I do like 3 sets of chins every workout (like 3 or 4 per week). I do them kinda as a warm-up exercise. Not really intense.

    I dont think its a good idea to do them every day. Is it a good idea to do bench everyday? or do squats everyday? no. I dont think chin ups (the second most ultimate back exercise next to deads) everyday is worth it.

    There's nothing wrong with doing a set of chin ups every now and then. I'm doing 10-12 reps in the morning during the day and in the evening. My max is 18 so I'm not going all out.
