Personally I agree with OP. Whenever I go a week without fapping, I do more, and am more social. I don't even think about it, it just naturally happens. Whenever I fap 6 days a week, I feel tired, and less like "me."

Think about it. When you fap, your body activates a feedback system where it must replenish the lost semen and while your body is focusing its energies in doing this, your brain is given "happy chemicals" which allow you to be content and lazy. Conversely, by holding your semen in and not giving in to the short term satisfaction, your brain must get sharper and more productive because it doesn't want to waste the energy it used up to replenish your semen.
