I train BJJ, which routine is best suitable for me?
I am not new to weightlifting, but keeping a "bodybuilding" style workout and doing MMA is just ridiculous and would probably qualify as overtraining.
Could someone point me in the right direction?
Starting Strength be good for this?

yea SS will work.
Obviously a bodybuilding type workout would not be ordeal for you, but strength training is a good tool to use in your arsenal.
I would suggest compound lifts such a Squat and Dead lifts a few times a week. Make sure to worry about recovery first, don't let your strength training take over your JJ time.

Body exercises are good, as are things like renegade rows (ugh, I hate them), d-ball slams, etc.
Try not to do 'slow' exercises, such as bench pressing. Focus on a five count down, then an explode up if you want to do them.
Power cleans are a GREAT exercise, as is the exercises F3D mentioned.
Give a fair shake to conditioning -- and for the record jogging is a ****ty conditioning routine for BJJ. Circuit train is optimal.

The forums at Sherdog.com get posts like this. Their answers usually say just exercises. There doesn't seem to be any one program or anything that is a "BJJ workout".
Don't get too swole, get your conditioning up, and get a basic strength to you and you should be good to go.
Also, as said above, make sure you aren't getting over trained by all the activity as improper rest will surely break you down.

I would recommend SS or Stronglifts 5x5. Powercleans, and heavy squats, overall you will add strength which is beneficial in grappling. Definitely need to make sure your diet and sleep are in place though, or you won't want to do either.

My weight training time and BJJ time are neck in neck. 3 days weight training, 3 days BJJ, alternating through the week.
I know there isn't such thing as a "BJJ Workout" but a kickboxer's workout might be a lot different and focused more on cardio than someone who's doing BJJ.
So should you not do two things in the same day though? Sometimes after I weight train I feel good and get bored and feel like doing BJJ for an hour. Is this something that should be avoided?

dont' forget to stretch op and if you want to maintain a healthy BJJ career, keep them legs strong.
Look at Marcelo Garcias legs. He has strength AND functionality .
