    Good Smolov Spreadsheet....

    I haven't seen anything similar to this, but it has a lot of detail on the switching phase. The only bad thing is it is not in english, not to hard to figure the words out though.

    Squat: 220kg - 484lbs
    Bench 145kg - 319lbs
    Deadlift: 250kg - 550lbs
