Wowza...my biceps are sore! I am loving it!
Wowza...I am HUNGRY! Loving that too! I would so much rather be hungry than feeling full! I have been nailing the diet (except for yest...I forgot to pack my fruit for meal 4)!! Feeling much less bloated today and although my abs aren't as tight as I would like, I know I am headed in the right direction.

I am happy to hear you feel better today My allergies are kicking my butt (again/still)
Since you are in prep mode that is exactly how I would make the soup. Maybe add in some hot sauce for extra thermo effects and to clean the sinuses. If you weren't prepping I would be telling you to add other stuff as well.

Cardio was fun! I don't know, there is just something about pushing yourself beyond limits that is motivating and energizing!
30 min cardio (5 min wu 5 min HIIT 5 min liss 5 min HIIT 10 min LISS )
450 cals burned
ABs
Incline crunches ss incline oblique twists
3 sets w/ 10lbs to failure
Hanging leg raises s/s back extentions
4 x 15 15 15 15 (for both)
lots of foam rolling 
glute raises on ball (thanks AM )
Diet spot on yesterday...diet has been spot on everyday!
