    Keto Dessert

    Any ideas for desserts?
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)

There are a ton of great dessert recipes in the Keto Recipe forum; some are pretty intense and require a lot of prep work and/or baking/cook time, but there are some really great ones.

My favorite treat also happens to be quick and easy to prepare.

Take a package of sugar free jello pudding mix of your flavor of choice(my favorites are white chocolate, cheesecake, and pistachio) and whisk it in to 16oz. of Heavy whipping cream until it thickens and makes like a custard consistency. Then put it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to chill and set up further and it will make like a thick creamy dessert that you won't believe is keto friendly because it's so good.

It does contain something like 4 carbs per serving still so you need to take that into account but it's a great source of fat macros and a little protein too so go to town!
You control your own destiny; some of us take that responsibility more seriously than others

    Cutting update:
    Carb cycling with carb backloading
Currently 2 carb nights a week
Losing 2-3 lbs a week, goal weight and body fat % set for November 15th arrival date. Currently on track. Plan is laid out with updates scheduled along the way, but as always subject to change based on body's responses and speed of progress
