America is just too damn far from Eurasia. Honestly, do you think the British got there ass kicked by George Washington because of how bad ass his soldiers were? Or maybe because it was 4,000 miles away, logistics was a bitch back then. Don't get me started on WWI, and WWII, where America came in when the war was almost over. It took 200,000 allied troops to beat 10,000 Nazi's in DDAY. This is nothing to brag about. Americans should really just shut the hell up about saving France or England. In reality, it was the Soviet Union. I'm not talking about modern wars, like Iraq or Afghanistan, but America has again showed that it is a paper tiger. If you can't successfully occupy Iraq or Afghanistan, what makes you idiots think you can occupy countries like Russia or China?

Losing or tying in every major war after WW2 = stronger? lol wut. The only thing that changed was the military industrial complex grew, meaning it became a lot more efficient since war was more about money. Even WW1 and WW2 were fought solely on the basis of money and fueled by profits but that just grew after WW2 and the army started to suck due to corporate string-pulling.

We have been using precision warfare in our recent "wars" on other turf, neutering our fighting capability in order to prevent people who are not targeted (civilians) from getting hurt.
If we were to go to war against another power that was quite literally threatening our own turf, than good night sweet enemy country. We would go in there guns blazing, full fighting strength, and then the world would probably end from a nuclear war.Ron Paul 2012
