hey guys its the first time ive attempted this diet so here is what im currently planning on having. By all means please tell me what i need to change if its needed.
meal 1
4 whole eggs
1 slice of cheese
2tbsp of olive oil
meal 2
20 almonds
slice of cheese
meal 3
200g of chicken breast
2 slices of cheese
100g broccoli
50g spinach
post workout
1 scoop of ON whey
5g of creatine
meal 5
100g of rump steak
100g of broccoli
50g of spinach
meal 6
20 almonds
2tbsp olive oil
works out roughly to be
2100cal
150g of fat
150g of protein
40g of carbs
