Hemavol gave pretty solid pumps but by the end taking 10 pills with 24 ounces of water got a little old for the results...im excited to try pump bol once i get the cash to support it unless a rep wants to kindly send one my way in exchange for a detailed log about my workouts...cant wait for when i do get it!! Damn i love the pump..it just feels like im cuming all the time.....

I don't really understand the thinking of stacking several pump products. Glycergrow should be enough, or pump bol should be enough, or hemavol. stacking pump+energy, on the other hand, i certainly understand

Id drop the gylcergrow alltogether. All it will do is fill the interstitial space (space between muscle fibers) with gylcerol...thats the pump you feel but it has no benefit - its actually a detriment. It pull water OUT of muscle fibers. So it would actually be detrimental for nutrient delivery and stretching muscle fascia (which i could care less about tbh). Im not even crazy about the small amount in p bol ..but it is a small amount and i think other ingredients would offset this (speculation).
Glycerol pulls water from muscle and other tissue into the blood...thats why its useful for endurance atheletes and useless , maybe even detrimental for us. I can see some blood pressure regulation that MAY be helpful but all in all id like to see it go away from BB supps.
In other words...juist take the p bol imo....

i have no problem taking pills...i take orange triad, fishoils and have been taking numerous pills for years..i just prefer powder preworkout...thats all

We actually included it to help with hydration and maintain normal BP to offset any potential drop that the nitrates could cause from the vasodilation.
