    Breaking through a Plateau

    I am 6'5 and 195 pounds my body type is closest to that of an ectomorph, although i have bulked up a fair bit and am nowhere near skinny. I eat every 3 hours mixtures of foods from red and white meats simple and complex carbs, protein shakes etc. I have been training on an off for over 5 years but only properly for a year and half im 22 now but seem to have hit a plateau and cant get my body to grow much bigger in size. I eat well and train Hard ( 3 days on 1 off roughly 1 hour a day ), but i seem to be stayin roughly the same shape. I wondered if anyone new of tips or methods to break through this plateau. Thanks in advance for any help given.
