i'm bulking 3200 cals a day. I'm trying to build off what I have now, just bigger of course. Should I start up ss for summer? or will my chest/bi's get smaller? i herd people
say ss added alot on their legs and not so
much upper body... and I wanna look
big for summer time if you know what I mean. so is ss right for me? I'm currently doing a 3 day back bi, chest tri, shoulders leg split. ss better?
